At The Archive by Shira, we want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must:
Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Have all original tags and packaging attached
Be free from makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odors, or any signs of wear
Not be washed, ironed, or damaged after receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@thearchivebyshira.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
